Our recruitment as a service (RaaS) is a subscription-based model where we provide our Clients with multiple candidates for a monthly fixed fee for a certain period of time. This of course is after our Candidates have been made aware of the opportunity and are happy to be put forward. We solely focus on the industries of SaaS/Tech, and E-commerce with our opportunities ranging from Marketing, Sales, Administration, and so on.

I've found this model to be successful with businesses that like to manage their cash flow, and have an increased headcount and long-term growth plan. We also carefully select the types of businesses we work with that align with our vision and purpose.
The traditional recruitment model where a placement fee is arranged per candidate works better for others. We do offer traditional recruitment models but with a twist, work with us and we'll share more about this with you. We've partnered with Apay to give our Clients flexible payment options by teaming up with Apay a.k.a LulaPay which allows our Clients to pay monthly instalments.
