The Opportunity

You will collaborate closely with the Commercial and Operations Manager to achieve business results. The primary objective of this role is to drive business success across the nation by leading your sales team to boost customer awareness and understanding of the company’s products and services and cultivate meaningful partnerships. 

Your responsibilities & duties

• Build and manage your own sales team
• Maintain current business relationships and form new ones
• Work closely with sales and marketing to develop strategic business plans
• Push your team's development as well as your own to achieve unified business goals
• Drive the execution of national plans through your sales team
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the industry
• Assess overall company performance against objectives
• Present teams performance and competitor analysis to leadership team

Your skills & experience  

• Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical company is beneficial, particularly within homecare
• Strong communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce is beneficial
• High level of attention to detail
